Shingle Roof Installation in Southampton
Cover All Exteriors completed a shingle roof installation upgrade in Southampton, PA for homeowner Anthony, combining a new roof with additional improvements for better protection and appearance. The project started in July 2025 when Anthony called in and spoke with General Manager Jess Mayger about replacing his aging roof. After reviewing options, the job was sold by Duane Turner, who helped him select 27 squares of Owens Corning Slatestone Grey shingles. Anthony also selected a Preferred 50 Year Non Prorated Material Defect Warranty, giving him added protection and confidence in the long term performance of his new roof. In addition to the roof, the project included the installation of seamless gutters and the replacement of soffit, creating a more complete and polished exterior system that works together to protect the home.
The installation was managed by Owner Matt Leader and Project Manager Daniel Cline, who kept the job running efficiently from start to finish. The crew removed the old roofing materials, prepared the structure, and installed the new shingles with care and attention to detail. At the same time, new seamless gutters were fitted to improve water drainage, while the soffit replacement helped enhance ventilation and give the home a cleaner, finished look. The team maintained an organized worksite and completed a thorough cleanup once the project was finished. The final result gave Anthony a strong, updated exterior that not only looks great but also performs reliably in changing weather conditions. I really enjoyed working with Cover All Exteriors. The staff was so considerate and professional and I could feel that they cared about not just the job at hand, but also the service. Jessica is constantly communicating and giving you updates about when the job would potentially start and checking in when it was finished. Things happen and sometimes accidents happen in construction, but what was really appreciated, was how the team handled those mishaps. Danny was the onsite contact when the job was being done and he was also very considerate and communicated well about the progress about the project throughout the two days of my roof replacement. And Matt was the first person I met when he came to give me an estimate. He took the time to explain the details of the planned work and showed me pictures of the roof itself so I could understand the need for the job. Overall, I was very pleased. And as icing on the cake, the prices were reasonable, the quality of the work was great, and it felt good to know that I was choosing a local business — a business that really ensured my property was taken care of.
