We are a small, trusted group of roofers dedicated to delivering safe, dependable, and high-quality work to our customers. As our company grows, we’re seeking a friendly and organized Customer Service Representative to help us maintain strong relationships with homeowners and commercial clients. 

Role Overview/Job Description

As a valued member of our team, your role is essential to keep our operations running smoothly. You’ll support customers with scheduling, arrival times, job progress updates and problem resolution while staying connected to our sales and sub contractors and office staff throughout the day.

Key Responsibilities

  • -Answer incoming calls, emails, and messages from customers
  • -Answer questions and address complaints from customers 
  • -Schedule and dispatch Exterior Remodeling Specialist team for appointments
  • -Keep detailed records of customer interactions via Service Titan
  • -Provide updates on job status, pricing, and install timelines
  • -Assist with creating work orders and maintaining accurate CRM records
  • -Coordinate with technicians, sales team and installers to ensure schedules run efficiently
  • -Address customer concerns with patience, empathy, and professionalism
  • -Support billing inquiries and basic administrative tasks
  • -Ensure all jobs are processed to completion and payment is collected
  • -Support sales team and office as needed

Qualifications

  • -Previous customer service experience in a fast paced environment (roofing/siding experience is a plus)
  • -Effective verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
  • -Strong attention to detail and time management skills
  • -Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • -Experience using scheduling software and customer management systems (Service Titan experience is a plus)
  • Ability to stay calm in high-pressure situations
  • -A helpful attitude and a willingness to learn the roofing service workflow
