We are a small, trusted group of roofers dedicated to delivering safe, dependable, and high-quality work to our customers. As our company grows, we’re seeking an organized, safety-minded, and proactive Roofing Project Manager to oversee our active job sites and guarantee top-tier installations.

Role Overview/Job Description

As a valued member of our team, your role is essential to keeping our field operations running safely, on schedule, and on budget. You’ll support customers with scheduling, arrival times, job progress updates, and problem resolution while staying closely connected to our sales team, sub-contractors, install crews, and office staff throughout the day.

Key Responsibilities

• -Oversee day-to-day operations on residential and commercial roofing/siding project sites to ensure safe and accurate execution
• -Enforce strict quality control standards, manufacturer build specifications, and safety regulations on site
• -Supervise and coordinate schedules with technicians, installers, and sub-contractors to ensure builds run efficiently
• -Keep detailed records of build logs, safety updates, material supplements, and site conditions via ServiceTitan
• -Provide real-time updates to customers on job progress, site preparation, clean-up schedules, and install timelines
• -Assist with validating material orders, managing structural changes, and maintaining accurate job production records
• -Coordinate with the sales team and office staff to ensure a seamless handoff from contract signature to active production
• -Address customer concerns and site issues with patience, empathy, and professionalism
• -Support field billing inquiries, material adjustments, and basic administrative tasks on site
• -Ensure all jobs are processed to completion, final inspections are passed, and final payment is collected
• -Support operations leadership team and office as needed
• -Identify and close upsell opportunities during production

Qualifications

• -Previous field project management or supervisory experience in a fast-paced environment (hands-on roofing/siding experience is strongly preferred)
• -Effective verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
• -Strong attention to detail, site safety protocols, and time management skills
• -Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to handle multiple active job sites
• -Experience using construction software, production tools, and customer management systems (ServiceTitan experience is a plus)
• -Ability to stay calm, analytical, and authoritative in high-pressure situations on site
• -A helpful, problem-solving attitude and a deep understanding of the roofing service workflow
